Who can enter? University of Sydney Union (USU) Members who have registered to be a Member before 4:00pm (AEST) Friday 16 February 2024. One (1) entry per USU Member.
Who can’t enter? The Competition is not open to USU employees, Board Directors or agencies of the University of Sydney Union, their family members or anyone else connected to the Competition.
Where will the competition run? The Competition will be run on Instagram

Prize:
30 x Short lived Swarovski crystal tooth gems
The prize has no redeemable cash value and is not non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable, and not valid with any other offer.
How many times can I enter? You can only enter once per USU Member, subject to a bonus entry.
How and when will the winner/s be informed? 30 winners will be chosen by Verge Gallery, USU Marketing, and Membership team at Level 5, Holme Building (A09) Science Road, University of Sydney, on Friday 16 February 2024.
The winners will be contacted by 5:00pm on Friday 16 February 2024 (AEST) via Instagram Direct Message.
The Promoter is not responsible if you have provided incorrect contact information and if so, any right to a prize will be forfeited.
Unclaimed prize/redraw: If the selected winner does not respond by Monday 19 February 2024 at 5:00pm (AEST), the USU reserves the right to redraw the winner for the prize.
The prize has to be redeemed on either 20 and 21 February 2024. The winner's prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash in any way.
Collection and use of your personal information: By taking this prize, you consent to The Promoter collecting your/your companion/s' personal information directly or through its agents or contractors, including Broadway Sydney. The Promoter will use your/your companion/s' personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companions' personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companion/s or storing data.

The University of Sydney Union (USU) and its affiliates (hereafter referred to as the 'Promoter') shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in the competition or the tooth gem installation sessions.
The tooth gem installation prize is provided on an 'as-is' basis, and the Promoter makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the tooth gems. The short-lived crystal tooth gems have a limited lifespan and may require maintenance or replacement.
Participants acknowledge that the tooth gem installation sessions involve a cosmetic procedure that may have associated risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, discomfort, or damage to dental structures. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they meet any prerequisites for the procedure and adhere to any aftercare instructions provided.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or any aspect of the prize at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. In such an event, the Promoter shall not be liable to any participant or winner for any losses or damages incurred.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to their participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and participation is void where prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the competition, including but not limited to the selection of winners and interpretation of these terms and conditions, shall be final and binding.
By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
